I stayed in a Double Room I noticed the room included a mini-fridge I also appreciated the wide cable TV. Air conditioning worked really well it provided heating.
The elevator was out of service it was a small inconvenience.

convenient location transport links helpful staff
i found the location superb. it was only minutes from the metro station and other transport links. the breakfast was good, offering many options. the staff were friendly and helpful. they provided assistance with luggage storage after i checked out.
the air conditioning unit worked poorly in the room. the temperature remained uncomfortably high, even when the unit was at full capacity. i found this made it DIFFICULT to sleep well.

The breakfast area includes a buffet. the selection has croissants, pastries, and bread. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal are also AVAILABLE daily. I found it pretty good.

the double room has two twin beds pushed together. the towels were replaced daily if needed. the room was cleaned each day. the inner courtyard view was quiet.

The hotel reception is open 24 hours. there is an elevator that serves all floors. it can sometimes be SLOW. luggage storage is also available after checkout. That's good!

The hotel is close to the metro and La Rambla. I liked that it was easy to access many tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fatima at reception was nice regarding our suitcases. Breakfast provided enough options.
Towels were changed without much frequency. It was a minor issue. I did not require fresh towels daily.
